Q. How do the green fee offers work in practice?
A. It couldn't be easier. Pick the course you want to play the course directory section on the website - all the information you need is there including course descriptions and contact details. Just telephone the course to book a tee time and tell them you're a member. On the day, show your membership card and pay your reduced green fees. Simple!
Q. Are there any restrictions as to when I can avail of the golf or hotel discounts?
A. Each participating establishment will endeavour to facilitate members subject to availability once the member adheres to the published restrictions in each case. Any restrictions that partner golf courses apply can be found at the bottom of each course's web page above the green fee rate information.
Q. Do all the golfers in my party need to be members to be entitled to the savings?
A. No, your incentive card covers up to 8 golfers on any one visit. You can use both offers available to you, on any particular day, with only one membership card.
Q. Have I only one offer at each golf course and hotel?
A. No, each establishment can be visited at least twice each year at your privileged rates. Indeed, many partner establishments allow you to use your privilege offers as often as you wish.
Q. Do you require a handicap certificate to be able to play the participating courses?
A. Certain golf courses may require a handicap certificate. We recommend that you ask in advance.
Q. Am I the only one who can use my membership cards?
A. No, your cards are completely transferable so you can give it to your friends, family or business associates so they can go and PLAY or STAY with Telegraph Open Fairways
Q. I am not even a golfer!
A. That doesn't matter. The hotel section of the website can be used completely independently, allowing you to enjoy short or long leisure breaks in beautiful locations at privileged rates!
Q. How long are Telegraph Open Fairways Memberships valid for?
A. Generally memberships are valid for 12 months.
Q. Would I be eligible for a discount if ordering more than one Membership
A. Discount rates are available for 5-10, 11-50 and 50+ Passports, please call or email us to discuss your requirements.
